By using Jause Plano you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. The app is developed by Adrián Sosa, contact adriansosa267@gmail.com.
Jause Plano uses the iPhone’s LiDAR sensor to create an approximate floor plan of a room, with its area, perimeter, height and the position of doors and windows, along with a 3D model.
The values the app provides are approximations obtained from sensors and may contain errors. Their accuracy depends on lighting, surface materials, objects in the room and how the scan is performed. They must not be used as the only source for construction, manufacturing, contracting, structural calculations, installations or any purpose that requires certified accuracy.
The app does not replace manual measurement or the work of a licensed professional. Always verify critical measurements before making decisions that involve costs or risks.
The app is provided as is, without any warranty of accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. The developer is not liable for any loss, expense or damage arising from the use of the app or from decisions based on its results. You use it at your own risk.
Scanning requires an iPhone with a LiDAR sensor, available on Pro and Pro Max models starting with iPhone 12 Pro. On devices without that sensor, scanning is not available.
The floor plans you create are yours and stay on your device. The developer does not access them. How data is handled is explained in the privacy policy.
The app, its name, its design and its code belong to the developer. These terms do not grant you any rights to them beyond personal use of the app.
These terms may be updated. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the date shown above.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic.
